A private Australian Registered Training Organization (RTO) provider based in Australia, offering quality training and assessment services on a wide-ranging programs from Certificate 1 to Diploma and Graduate Certificate initiated discussions towards partnership with the College.
Ms. Sarah Laudit, Key Relationship Manager (International) of Access Skills Training (AST) which is a member of the Access Australia Group, paid a visit to CPSC on February 5, 2016 to look into possible collaborations with CPSC.
Prof. Dr. G. Kulanthaivel, CPSC's Acting Director General warmly welcomed proposals for partnership by AST through Ms. Laudit. Prof. Dr. G. Kulanthaivel shared about the ongoing programs of CPSC and the Asia Pacific Accreditation and Certification Commission (APACC). He expounded on the activities of the College and the benefits of its programs.
Ms. Laudit, on the other hand, briefly introduced Access Skills Training and their programs. Access Skills Training would like to explore the possibility in promoting their services through CPSC and CAPTVEC. Possible exchange of resources and experts was also discussed.
A follow up visit was done by Ms. Laudit on February 17 to further discuss and review more specific venues for cooperation between CPSC and AST. Both meetings ended with a positive note with hopes of forged partnership in the near future.
