Intensified efforts to establish linkages with international organizations and regional institutions coupled with a build up of network of various industries are vigorously pursued to contribute to shaping a globallyoriented human resources development. Vital to the pursuit of strengthened networking and linkages are: CPSC programs and activities with focus on technology transfer and sharing; increased liaising for continued partnership and improved marketing strategy for greater CPSC visibility; and persistent information dissemination on TVET through conduct of demand driven programs and wider publications circulation.
