The newly-appointed CPSC Director General, Prof. G.L.D. Wickramasinghe paid a courtesy visit to the Sri Lankan Embassy in Manila on September 21, 2021. He and the Executive Secretary, Mr. Jan Michael Marasigan, were welcomed by the Ambassador, H.E. Shobini Gunasekera, and Minister/Head of Chancery of the Embassy Mrs. Thanuja Dissanayake

Some of the topics discussed are CPSC's strategies and directions which include plans on in-country programs, recruitment of more professional staff (i.e. faculty specialists and consultants), APACC promotions, donor funding, and possible special programs including consultancy projects.
The aforementioned visit is the start of planned courtesy calls of the new Director General to all members of the CPSC Governing Board.
