The Colombo Plan Staff College (CPSC) successfully convened the members of the CPSC Governing Board for the 114th Governing Board Meeting which was held physically at the Conference Room of CPSC, in Pasig City, Philippines last February 23, 2023. The Heads of Mission and representatives from Bangladesh, India, Myanmar, Pakistan, Papua New Guinea, Singapore, Sri Lanka, and Thailand have attended the meeting. Representatives from the Office of the United Nations and International Organizations, Department of Foreign Affairs, Philippines and Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) were also present. Financial auditors from the accounting firm Valdez, Abad & Co. attended the meeting as well to present the results of the audit done with CPSC's financial statements for FY 2021-2022.

Moreover, the Director General was able to present to the Board Members the proposed CPSC Strategic Plan for 2023-2028, a product of a multi-stage process which culminated during the Senior Executives’ Conference (Bangkok, Thailand) last December 12 to 16, 2022. Having been approved by the Board Members, this Strategic Plan will be setting the direction of the Staff College concerning its vision, mission, and strategic objectives in the next five years. In addition, the Board Members also discussed matters concerning the operational budget of the college and upcoming programs of the college for the second half of FY 2022-2023.
