On October 2, 2023, the Colombo Plan Staff College (CPSC) was formally recognized by the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA), Philippines as a Partner in TVET Trainers Development during the 2023 National Tagsanay Awards held at the Glass Garden Events Venue, Pasig City, Philippines. The Certificate of Appreciation was received by CPSC Senior Faculty Specialist, Engr. Dr. Mian Khuram Ahsan on behalf of the CPSC Director General and was conferred by TESDA Secretary/Director General, Sec. Suharto T. Mangudadatu, Ph.D.

The 2023 National Tagsanay Awarding Ceremony is an event annually organized by TESDA to recognize and commend the contributions of TVET trainers in public and private technical vocational institutions across Philippines as well as its institutional partners.

The Staff College expresses its sincerest gratitude to TESDA Philippines for the recognition and assures the agency of its continued support towards the agency through the implementation of quality training programs that would help improve teaching and learning pedagogies of TVET trainers and practitioners in the Philippines.
