Abstract: This paper examines the current need of regional training providers like CPSC in providing capacity building programs for TVET across Asia Pacific to redefine, strategize, and refocus their strategic planning process by determining the current and emerging political, socio-economic, and environmental trends and program needs of its member countries in the post-pandemic world. This would allow organizations to plot their strategic directions for the next few years and effectively implement training programs that are timely, relevant, and adaptive to the current requirements of the market and industry. In this study, the primary method used to examine the trends, needs, and program impacts is through a survey questionnaire circulated to current active CPSC member countries. Upon analysis of the data gathered, observations were cited which are found to be conforming to the current thrust areas of CPSC in terms of its implemented training programs. Key recommendations on certain thematic areas are suggested for organizations to further enhance and upskill TVET systems across Asia Pacific through mechanisms that would respond to the needs of time.
