In commemoration of the 94th National Day of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), and the 55th Anniversary of Diplomatic Relations between KSA and the Republic of the Philippines, CPSC Director General Prof. Dr. Suresh Kumar Dhameja joined the celebrations at Grand Hyatt Manila, Philippines on September 23, 2024.

During the celebration, Prof. Dr. Dhameja was able to engage with key persons H.E. Hisham S.A. Alqahtani, Ambassador of Saudi Arabia to the Philippines; Hon. Robinhood Padilla, Senator of the Philippines; and other dignitaries. Prof. Dr. Dhameja also had a chance to meet Mrs. Bai Norhata Macatbar Alonto, President of the Philippine Muslim Women Council, and discuss the possibility of conducting training programs on skills development and entrepreneurship for its council members.
The event resulted in a positive note, serving its role to CPSC to initiate diplomatic discussions and collaborations. Furthermore, CPSC plans to conduct a courtesy visit to the Office of the Ambassador of Saudi Arabia to strengthen its ties with Saudi Arabia and invite them for CPSC membership in the near future.
